These Terms of Service apply when you visit or place an order through steelgritwear.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the store policies linked below.

Products and orders

Our products are made to order. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and settings. We may update product descriptions, prices, or availability. We accept orders subject to acceptance and payment processing. If we cannot accept an order, or must change or cancel it, we’ll contact you using the information provided with your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges will be displayed before you place your order. You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date contact, payment, and delivery details.

Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy describes available destinations, shipping charges, and delivery estimates, and we show them at checkout. Delivery estimates are approximate and aren’t guaranteed. Items in one order may be produced or shipped separately, and may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking information.

Returns, defects, and order changes

Because products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a selected size or color. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@steelgritwear.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

To request an order cancellation or address change, email us as soon as possible. Orders may enter production quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after production begins. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
